Founder & CEO

Jim MacCurtain is the founder of JCM Collective, bringing over two decades of experience in sponsorship sales, media strategy, and experiential marketing to
the firm.

His career spans leadership roles at blue-chip organizations including NBC Universal, the NBA, the US Tennis Association, and Vector Media - giving him rare, cross-industry perspective on what it takes to build and scale premium brand partnerships.

Jim built JCM on an operator's mindset: understanding the mechanics of complex organizations, then applying that knowledge to help clients unlock scalable, high-value revenue.

Sam Rollandi

Sam Rollandi is a partnerships and experiential marketing executive with 15 years of experience driving brand partnerships across sports, media, and live experiences. She currently serves as Managing Director and Partner at JCM Collective, where she works with emerging leagues, media companies, and brands to develop sponsorship strategy, build commercial partnerships, and create innovative brand activations.

Prior to joining JCM, Sam served as Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Vector Media, where she played a key role in developing the company's partnerships business and working with brands to bring creative, high-impact experiential programs to life.
